1. Who we are

This policy explains how Zentrum24, LLC, a limited liability company formed in Wyoming, USA, with its principal office at [STREET ADDRESS], [CITY], Wyoming, USA ("Zentrum24", "we", "us"), handles personal data on zentrum24.com (the "Site"). Zentrum24 is the controller of this data within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and the UK GDPR. Our Chief Executive Officer is Anselme Metoudou. 2. Scope of this policy

The Site is a purely informational marketing page. It has no user accounts, no payments, no newsletter, no contact forms, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking pixels. Video and fonts are self-hosted, so visiting the Site does not load content from third-party servers.

The Site links to five separate Zentrum24 platforms: SterileAtlas, ComplyWise, ProveWise, Zentrum24 Academy and ConsultWise. Each platform is its own service with its own terms, its own privacy policy and, where applicable, its own data processing agreement. This policy covers only the Site itself.

3. What we process, why, and for how long

That is the complete list. We collect no other personal data through the Site, and we use no automated decision-making or profiling. You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide us with any personal data; the server log data is, however, technically necessary to deliver the Site to your device.

4. Recipients

The Site is hosted by [HOSTING PROVIDER, LOCATION], which processes server log data on our behalf as our processor under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). We do not otherwise share, sell or disclose your personal data, except where a law, court order or competent authority validly requires it.

5. Processing in the United States

The Site runs on servers located in the United States, so all data described above is processed there. For visitors in the EU/EEA and the UK this is an international data transfer. • receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20); and
• object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on our legitimate interests (Art. 21).

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@zentrum24.com. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to confirm your identity. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU/EEA member state of your residence or workplace, or with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the UK.

8. For US residents

Wyoming has no comprehensive consumer privacy statute. Regardless, we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in US state privacy laws, and we do not use your data for targeted advertising. Where a state privacy law grants you rights over your personal information, we will honor them; contact contact@zentrum24.com.

9. Children

The Site is a business-facing marketing page and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children; if you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the Site or the law changes. The version published here, with its effective date, is the one that applies. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on the Site before it takes effect.
