You may use the Site only for lawful, informational purposes. In particular, you agree not to:

• interfere with the operation or security of the Site, or probe, scan, or test it for vulnerabilities;
• use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download Site content;
• misrepresent your affiliation with Zentrum24 or use Site content to create misleading materials; or
• use the Site in violation of any applicable law.

5. Links to Zentrum24 platforms and other sites

The Site links to five separate Zentrum24 platforms: SterileAtlas, ComplyWise, ProveWise, Zentrum24 Academy, and ConsultWise. Each platform is its own service with its own terms of service, privacy policy, and, where applicable, data processing agreement. These Terms and the Site's Privacy Policy do not cover those platforms. Any third-party sites we link to are likewise outside our control, and we are not responsible for their content.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that its content is accurate or complete. 9. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
